Terms and Conditions

This Referring Business Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Southern Seoulutions Consulting, LLC ("SSC") and the Referring Business ("Partner," "you," or "your"). This document outlines the terms under which SSC shares referral leads and how the Referring Business is expected to handle that information.


1. Purpose of the Agreement

SSC operates as a referral business, connecting users with businesses that provide the solutions or products they seek. This Agreement sets expectations for how referred user information is handled and the responsibilities of the Referring Business.


2. Responsibilities of the Referring Business


By accepting leads from SSC, the Referring Business agrees to:

  • Use referral information solely for the purpose of providing the service or solution the user inquired about

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of user data and not share, sell, or misuse it

  • Follow all relevant privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when handling referred leads

  • Provide clear and accurate service information to referred users and operate with honesty and transparency

  • Disclose its own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to the user before processing their request

The Referring Business may NOT:

  • Use referral data for unrelated marketing without the user’s explicit consent

  • Transfer or sell user information to third parties

  • Hold SSC liable for any customer interactions, disputes, or service-related issues


3. Data Protection & Compliance


SSC shares limited user information (such as name, contact details, and service interest) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling a user’s request. As a Referring Business, you must:

  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws to safeguard user data

  • Implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to user information

  • Ensure SMS opt-in data is not shared or used beyond the intended purpose.

  • Provide users with a way to opt out or request data deletion if they no longer wish to be contacted

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


4. Liability Disclaimer

SSC only facilitates connections between users and Referring Businesses.

Therefore:

  • The Referring Business assumes full responsibility for its interactions with referred users.

  • SSC is not liable for any damages, claims, or disputes between the Referring Business and the referred user.

  • The Referring Business agrees to indemnify and hold SSC harmless from any claims arising from their dealings with users.


5. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The Referring Business must cease using any referral data provided by SSC

  • Any pending referrals must be handled in accordance with privacy laws

  • Any outstanding disputes or obligations remain the responsibility of the Referring Business


Acknowledgment & Acceptance


By continuing to receive referrals from SSC, the Referring Business acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
